Goat crossing

On my way home from yoga yesterday I had to stop and let this momma goat pass. She was following her kids across the road.

Her kids were so sweet and little. I wish I had a better picture of them, but they started nosing around in the ditch before I could get my camera out of my purse.

I think goats are really cute. I get excited every time I see one, especially the babies. I kind of want one as a pet.

In Grenada they eat a lot of goat meat and they call it mutton, same as lamb. I've tried it once and it was tasty.

Although, if I had a goat for a pet I don't think I would eat it. But never say never.
